Dr. Linda is a graduate of Sydney University with both a Bachelor of Dentistry and a Pharmacy degree. Being both a Dentist and a Pharmacist, Linda has been in health care since 2004 and gained a comprehensive understanding of patients’ dental and medical health.

Through her combined knowledge of the two degrees and working in health care since 2004, she has gained a comprehensive understanding of patients’ dental and medical health. Linda has worked in private practices in North Shore, Ryde and Sydney CBD before establishing Lumina Dental.

Being a friendly, honest and hardworking person, she comes highly recommended. Linda’s gentle, patient and kind nature shines through her practice. She will always take time to listen to her patient’s concerns to ensure that she understands each individual’s differences. Patients who are anxious about dental treatment often leave with changed perceptions about dentistry after their positive experience from Linda’s treatment.
Linda is passionate about all aspects of dentistry; she is highly skilled in cosmetic dentistry (orthodontics and smile makeovers), major dental (root canal, crown and denture) and cosmetic injectables. She is committed to the ongoing preventive care of her patients and derives particular pleasure from making a child’s first dental visit memorable and fun. Linda has a keen interest in preventative care and is able to diagnose orthodontic problems in young children and offers early intervention treatment. Linda also offers Invisalign treatment to patients seeking straight teeth without brackets.

Linda regularly attends both national and international conferences to keep herself up to date with the latest developments in dentistry.

Dr Paul is a graduate of Griffith University with a Bachelor of Oral Health with a Graduate Diploma in Dentistry.

Dr Paul is passionate about patient care and thrives to deliver only the best treatment options, especially in children’s dentistry, anxious patients and prosthodontics. With his calm and gentle nature, Dr Paul’s approach to patients makes them feel like they have control over their decisions, only leading them to the right path. He aims to deliver patient’s dental experience stress-free and painlessly.

Known for his gentle personality, Dr Paul is highly skilled in all routine general dentistry and major dental work such as root canal treatments, bridgeworks, crowns and dentures. Dr Paul’s soft nature also helps anxious children, making their visits more enjoyable and stress-free, for both parents and children.
Dr Paul continues his studies to broaden his knowledge to provide highly detailed and complex treatments by attending conferences and courses.

In his spare time, Dr Paul enjoys spending time with his dog and travelling with his loved ones.

Dr. Kai Wei graduated from the University of Otago in New Zealand with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) majoring in Human Nutrition.

Before moving to Sydney, Kai Wei spent several years providing dental care in both rural and city areas of New Zealand, her birthplace. She is passionate about all aspects of dentistry and enjoys staying current with the latest practices through conferences and continuous learning.

Kai Wei is very friendly and enjoys taking the time to get to know her patients. Her warm chairside manner can calm even the most nervous patient. Growing up in multiple countries, Kai Wei’s first language is English, but she is also able to converse in Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia, and Bahasa Indonesia, which she enjoys using to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds.

When she is not at the clinic, you might spot her at kids’ spaces spending time with her little girl, Zoe. Being a mother herself, Kai Wei understands what it takes to gain the trust of children and often goes above and beyond to help the little ones feel safe and comfortable at the dentist. She firmly believes that a child’s dental success starts with the trust they build with their dental caregivers.

Outside of her professional life, Kai Wei enjoys exploring nature trails and cherishes the time she spends in the great outdoors. Her absolute favourite activity is snowboarding during the winter months, where she can embrace the thrill and beauty of the snowy slopes.

Ayumi started dental assisting in Japan and with 4 years of experience, came to Australia to broaden her knowledge and experience which has almost been 3 years since. She started in 2017 and is continuing her passion for delivering excellent service for all our patients.

She makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable with her friendly and joyful personality. She is always happy to go the extra mile to let all of our patients have a positive experience at Lumina Dental.
On her days off, she enjoys going on hikes and enjoying a warm cup of tea on a rainy day.
